77th Independence Day Celebrations

The 77th Independence Day Celebration at USKT on August 14th, 2024, was a huge success.The event started with the speech, delivered by our chief guest, member of Punjab Assembly and provincial minister, Mr. Mansha Ullah Butt, where he acknowledged the university, for supporting a sense of patriotism, among our students. Also, the speech of chief guest Mr. Abdul Waheed Sandal Chairman of Sialkot Dry Port, added great value to the event. Further, our students, wearing the national flag's colors, sang the national anthem and songs. They also did performances, representing various cultures of Pakistan. The worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. (Meritorious) Dr. Muhammad Khaleeq Ur Rahman (Aizaz-e-Kamal), welcomed the chief guests at University of Sialkot and thanked them for their time. He also thanked the Chairman Board of Governors, Honorable Mr. Faisal Manzoor for his support.The worthy Vice Chancellor acknowledged the Event Management Society, Media Watch Society, Dramatic Society and Musical Society and highlighted the efforts of the USKT Societies Board, the management, students and faculty staff, for the arrangements.The event finished with a cake-cutting ceremony and a group photo. This celebration was a reminder of our nation's rich heritage and achievements, leaving a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.
